Haltons is a Healthcare solutions provider. It is a retail pharmacy chain dispensing prescription and non-prescription pharmaceutical products. The company has retail outlets located mostly in high traffic residential estates capitalizing on volumes created by health care medicine prescribers to the average Kenyan consumer.

The pharmacy chain has 19 outlets spread across the country that are conveniently located to offer quality products that support the health care needs of a growing nation. 14 of the outlets are in Nairobi.
Each store should ideally have a Branch manager and 1 Pharmacy Technologists. The Branch Manager is also a Pharmtech.
Pharmacies are regulated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) and thus must be run and supervised by Pharmtech registered by PPB. To be registered one must have sat the PPB exams. The Registered Pharmtech supervises Pharmtech who are not registered. Pharmtechs are diploma holders.

We are approved pharmacy services providers to several insurance companies and brokers such as AAR, APA, Britam, Jubilee, Saham, Trident, Minet, Liaison, Sanlam, Madison, Kenbright, CIC, UAP, First Assurance and Eagle East Africa. We therefore understand the needs of insurance companies and their clients which principally is quality pharmaceuticals products and services at affordable prices. This enables insurance companies to manage their costs as well as effectively serve their clients. For the clients they are able to conveniently access pharmaceutical products and services using their insurance cover as well as use their covers for longer.

We are located in 19 locations i.e. Kisumu, Kakamega, Nakuru, Mtwapa, Nyeri, Kasarani, Roysambu, Ngumba, Pipeline, Tassia, Buruburu at Point mall, Jogoo Road at Makadara, Yaya Centre, South B, South C, Karen, Shell Kiserian Land mark at Landmark Plaza and Bishops gate (community area). The Bishops Gate branch is located in Barclays Bank premises and primarily serves the Barclays staff.

We deliver drugs to your clients at their offices as and when required. Your clients can have the drugs preapproved by your team, WhatsApp their prescription o the nearest Haltons branch and we will then deliver the drugs to them.

We have integrated IT systems integrating all our branches and head office meaning that we serve your clients at any branch with same level of service at any branch. Claims will also be processed in an accurate and timely manner to help you effectively monitor and manage medical costs.
